Kn3 Terms and Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Policy
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the kn3 platform. They contain detailed information on account creation, transactions, user responsibilities, and platform policies.
1. Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the kn3 platform, registering, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between kn3 and the user.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. The minimum age to join kn3 is 18. Registration and use by minors is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration Rules
When opening an account on kn3, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each person may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
- Provide your correct name, mobile number, and email address
- Using a false identity or someone else's information is prohibited
- Update your information promptly if anything changes
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact kn3 Support immediately.
- Do not share your password with any third party
- Always log out after using a shared or public device
- Changing your password regularly is good security practice
User Responsibilities
As a platform user, you confirm that all your activities are lawful and in compliance with these Terms. Harassing other users, attempting to hack the platform's systems, or engaging in any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
Identity Verification
For transactions above a certain threshold, kn3 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). You may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. Submitting false documents or attempting to bypass verification will result in immediate account closure.
3. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on kn3 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum limits, which may be updated from time to time.
Deposit Policy
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (may vary depending on the method).
- Deposits are only accepted from payment accounts registered in your own name.
- Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be reversed if attempted.
Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours.
- Withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; rollover requirements must be met first.
- Daily withdrawal limits for mobile wallets are generally up to ৳20,000.
Bonuses & Promotions
Each bonus offer comes with specific rollover requirements, expiry dates, and usage limits. Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim them through multiple accounts will result in the bonus being voided and the account suspended.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
The kn3 platform is for personal entertainment purposes only. Operating the platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to access another user's account.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Creating multiple accounts using false identities.
- Copying, distributing, or modifying platform content without permission.
If any prohibited activity is detected, kn3 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account in question and report it to the relevant authorities if necessary.
5. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Kn3 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from platform errors, server disruptions, third-party service failures, or user negligence. Any financial losses incurred through gambling or betting are entirely the user's own responsibility.
Kn3 reserves the right to temporarily suspend its services at any time for maintenance, security, or technical reasons. kn3 is not obligated to provide compensation for any service unavailability during such periods.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kn3 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of kn3. Using, copying, or distributing any of it without written permission is a violation of the law.
6. Account Policy, Third Parties & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
Kn3 may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons: violation of the Terms and Conditions, prohibited activities, providing false information, or prolonged inactivity. Upon closure, the remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.
Third-Party Links
Kn3 is not responsible for the content or security of any third-party services or links that may appear on the platform. Their own terms and conditions apply.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Kn3 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect. Users who do not agree with the updated terms have the right to close their account. These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
